Ealing sits right next door to our West Ealing base, so homes in W5 are easy for us to reach for a survey and quick to get to on the day. We cover the whole area, from the streets around Ealing Broadway and the Common to Pitshanger, South Ealing and the roads around Walpole Park.

Ealing's housing stock is varied and often generous in size. Around Pitshanger and the Brentham estate you'll find Edwardian houses and Arts and Crafts-style homes; near the Broadway there are large Victorian houses, many split into flats; and South Ealing has long runs of terraces and 1930s semis. Newer apartment blocks around the town centre add another mix.

In larger period houses the job is often a family bathroom or en-suite where walls need bringing back to a sound, flat surface first, and showers need a full tanking system before tiling. Loft conversions are common across W5 too, and shower rooms under sloping ceilings need careful setting out to keep cuts neat. Many period hallways suit Victorian-style geometric or patterned floor tiles, while open-plan kitchen extensions often call for large-format porcelain laid flat across a big area.
